1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 5.12.060 RELATING TO LICENSES -
2 APPLICATION INVESTIGATION - ISSUANCE - NONTRANSFERABILITY.
g THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
4 ' Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 5.12.060.is hereby amended to
• 5 read as follows, to-wit:
g 115.12.060 Cicenses - Aplication.investigation - Issuance -
Nontransferability.

The proper license fee shall accompany such application.

Application 'for license under this chapter shall be first
9. . referred by the city clerk to the licehse cormnittee of

• the city council who shall make or cause to be made such

investigation as they deem necessary. After the report ,

, of the license committee upon such application to the
13
city council, the city council, if satisfied that the
14
' statements contained in such application are true and.

• that the applicant is of good moral character, may, in
16 .
' its discretion, grant or reject such appl9cation, and if
17 .
• granted order the l.icense issued. Tf the license is

1 Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
2 t.ive procedures as may•be necessary to earry out the directions of this
3 legislation. .
4 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take,effect and be in force five (5)
5 tlays from and after'its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
