3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF
4 A PARCEC OF LAND 16,705 SQ. FT. IN SIZE LOCATED ON'THE NORTH SIDE OF
18TH STREET N.E. AND EAST OF "I° STREET N.E., WITHIN THE CITY Of AUBURN,
5 WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION THEREOF FROM R-3 to R-4.
6 WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the Council of the City of
7 Auburn, Washington, by HARRY HORAN and GLENN BROWN, requesting the rezoning of
$ the real property hereinafter described in Section 1 of this Ordinance, which
9 petition was dated June.3, 1982; and . 10 WHEREAS, said request above referred to, was referred to the Planning ,
11 Commission by the Auburn City Council for study and public hearing thereon;
12 and • 13
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider said
14
petition in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, on July 7, 1982, at
15- .
7:30'B:M.., at the conclusion,of•,which the Planning Commission recommended the
16
approva,T of the,rrezoning of the said property; and

. WHEREAS, the'City Council of fhe City of Auburn, held a public hearing
18 . ' in the"Cou661 Chambers.of~.the~A'uburn City Hall, at 8:00 P.M. on August 3,

1982, at which time the City Council concurred with the recormnendations of the

Planning Commission as hereinabove stated.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO

tive procedures.as may•be necessary to carry out the directions of this
14
15 legislation.
16 Section 5. Tfiis Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
