, 3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,'WASHINGTON,'PROVIDING'FOR THE REZONING OF
A PARCEC OF LAND 17;850 SQ. FT. tN SIZE CYING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF AUBURN
: 4 WAY SOUTH APPROXIMATECY'286 FEET WEST OF ACADEMY DRIVE, WITHIN THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION THEREOF FROM
5 ' UNCtASSIFIED TO C-1.
6 WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the Council of tfie City of
7 Auburn., Washington, by.EDWARD L. PERI, requesting the rezoning of the real
8 property hereinafter described in Section l of this Ordinance, which pet'ition
9 was dated Apri1 27, 1982; and -
10 WHEREAS,.said request above referred to, was referred to the Planni,ng
11 Commission by the Auburn City'Council for study and public hearing thereon;
12 and
13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a pubTic hearing to consider said
14 .
petition in the. Council Cfiambers of the Auburn City Hall, on June 8, 1982, at

7:30 P.M., at the conclusion of which the Planning Commission.recommended the 16
approva] of the rezoning: of the said property; and .

WHEREAS,'the City Council of the City of Auburn, held a public hearing

in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, at 8:00 P.M. on Augu,st 2,

Planning Commission as hereinabove stated.
