That there is hereby created in the Office of the.Finance " 2 Director for the City of Auburn, a fund of the City to be known as "Local 3 Improvement District No. 328 Fund." Warrants shall be drawn on said fund • 4 based on estimates made by the City Engineer and approved by the City Council 5 in payment of the cost of construction and installation of said improvements. 6 . Section 8. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra- 7 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this 8 , legislation. 9 Section 9.
