Background Summary:
Resolution No. 4570 approves the updated Stormwater Management Program for impiementation in the
City of Auburn and the Mayor is authorized to include a copy of this program in the National Poliutant
Discharge Elimination System Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit annual report
for 2009 to the Washington State Department of Ecology.
