MINUTES
I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Rich Wagner called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. in Conference
Room 2 located on the second floor of Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main
Street, Auburn, Washington.
Members in attendance included Chair Rich Wagner, Vice Chair Sue
Singer and Member Gene Cerino. Councilmember Virginia Haugen and
City Clerk Danielle Daskam were also present.
II. RESOLUTION NO. 4551
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Auburn, Washington,
repealing Resolution No. 4429 passed December 15, 2008, as amended
by Resolution No. 4484 on May 18, 2009, and designating the members,
powers, duties and meeting times and days of all standing committees of
the City Council of the City of Auburn
Committee members reviewed Resolution No. 4551. Committee
members agreed to amend the Resolution to replace Councilmember
Peloza with Deputy Mayor Singer on the Downtown Redevelopment
Committee. The membership on the Downtown Redevelopment
Committee will be as follows:
Downtown Redevelopment
Lynn Norman, Chair
Nancy Backus, Vice Chair
Sue Singer, Member
Motion by Vice Chair Singer, second by Member Cerino to approve
Resolution No. 4551 as modified.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0.
