BALANCE OF TFIE WELL FUND IN TIIE SUM OF 0$0, 91 TO BE TRANSFERRED
TO THE PIPE AND FITTING FUND.

IJIIEREAS, There is the sum of $12,050.91 remaining in the We11 Fund,
which is nocv a surplus fund after payment of all costs of construction
and installation of the we11 for which saici fund was granted, and there
is a need of funds in the Dieter Fund and in the Pipe and Fitting Fund,
NOW, TI-iER.EFORE, TT IS HF,Rt~;BY IL?.SOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Auburn that the City Treasurer of the City of Auburn be and
is hereby instructed to transfer the sum of $4,000.00 from said 1Ve11
Fund to the Meter Fund, and the balance of said Well Fund in the sum of
$8,050.91 be transferred to the Pipe and Fitting Fund; all of the above
i'unds are in the Water Department budget for the current year 1959. Said
transfers are to be made immediately.
