V. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Lewis to recess the meeting to executive session for approximately
fifteen minutes in order to discuss pending/potential litigation pursuant to
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). Staff members required for the executive session
include representatives from the Planning and Development, Public
Works, Risk Management, and Legal departments.
