C. Resolution No. 4585 - King County Countywide Planning Policies (Chamberlain - 15
minutes)
Summary: Ratification of amendments to the King County Countywide Planning Policies
related to new population and employments targets.
D. Amendments to Pierce County Countywide Planning Policies (Chamberlain - 15
minutes)
Summary: Brief the Committee on the proposed amendments to the Pierce County
Countywide Planning Policies to be consistent with the Multicounty Planning Policies outlined
in Vision 2040.

F. Green Architectural Aesthetics for Buildings in the Auburn Environmental Park
District (Wagner - 45 minutes) *
Summary: 15 WSU architecture students and their professor, Greg Kessler, will present
drawings and 3-D models of building design examples that embody aesthetic qualities that
will appeal to "green" businesses that the City hopes will choose to locate in the Auburn
Environmental Park District. •
