Request: Application for a Special Home Occupation Permit to allow a massage therapy
business as a home occupation in the R20 (Residential 20 DU/Acre) zoning
district. The business will employ one resident employee, a licensed massage
therapist, who will offer massage therapy by appointment only and between the
hours of 9am to 3pm. The business will occupy no more than a one-fourth of the
floor area of the home. The site is located at 418 3rd Street NE.
