RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
That portion of Block 7 of the Map of L.W. Ballard' s Park Addition to Slaughter (now Auburn),
recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 91, records of King County, Washington, and a portion of the
West 10 feet of vacated Silver Street adjoining said Block 7, being a portion of the Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter, of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 04 East, Willamette
Meridian, more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Block 7, also being a point on the Northerly margin of
1 ST Street North;
THENCE North 00° 40' 53" East, 7.50 feet along the West line of said Block 7;
THENCE South 89° 20' 49" East, 214.98 feet along the North line of the South 7.50 feet of said
Block 7 to a point of tangency;
THENCE Northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 25.00 feet, through a
central angle of 89° 58' 05", and an arc length of 39.26 feet to the Easterly margin of the West 10
feet of vacated Silver Street as vacated May 6,1891 (presently the Westerly margin of "A" Street
NW);
THENCE South 00° 41'06" West, 32.49 feet along said Westerly margin to said Northerly margin;
THENCE North 89° 20'49" West, 239.97 feet along said Northerly margin to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
