NIINUTES
I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Rich Wagner called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. in Conference
Room 1 located on the second floor of the City Hall Annex located at One
East Main Street in Auburn.
Members in attendance included Chair Rich Wagner, Vice Chair Sue
Singer, and Member Nancy Backus. Members of the audience included
Councilmember Virginia Haugen and Councilmember John Partridge.
City Clerk Danielle Daskam was also present.
II. MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 25, 2010 COMMITTEE ON
COMIIAITTEES MEETING
Committee members reviewed the minutes of the last Committee on
Committees meeting held February 25, 2010.
Motion by Vice Chair Singer, second by Member Backus to approve the
February 25, 2010 Committee on Committees minutes.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY: 3-0.
IIL 2010 CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEES Resolution No. 4580
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Auburn, Washington,
amending Resolution No. 4551 passed December 7, 2009, relating to the
standing committees of the City Council ofithe City of Auburn
Committee members reviewed Resolution No. 4580 and the chart of the
2010 Auburn City Council Committees and Committee responsibilities. Because of the number of liaison groups assigned to the Planning and
Community Development Committee, committee members suggested
moving the liaison responsibility for the Tourism Board from the Planning
and Community Developmenf Committee to the Finance Committee.

Motion by Vice Chair Singer, second by Member Backus to approve and
recommend approval of Resolution No. 4580 with the following changes:
1) page 3; paragraph C, Planning and Community Development, delefe
the words "Tourism Board" and 2) page 2, paragraph 6, Finance, add the
following sentence "`This Committee will serve as the Council's liaison for
the Tourism Board."
, MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0.
V. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Committee, the
meeting adjoumed at 5:51 p.m.
