This Deed corrects, replaces, and supersedes the Statutory Warranty Deed

The GRANTOR, VERSAILLES ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars and No/100ths ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, conveys and dedicates to CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
for right-of-way and public street purposes, to the same effect as if acquired by eminent
domain under the laws of the State of Washington, the following described real
property:
A Right-of-way described as set forth in Exhibit A hereto, situated in the County
of King, State of Washington.
