Background Summary: Resolution No. 4603 authorizes the Mayor to execute documents necessary to acquire property and relocate inhabitants related to the M Street SE Grade Separation project. The property needs for this project include the full acquisition of 10 properties and relocation of the property inhabitants and partial acquisitions from 16 properties along with the necessary temporary construction easements, and permanent easements. The total estimated project costs are $22.4 million. The right of way phase is anticipated to cost $4.6 million and will be funded with federal and City funds. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to negotiate agreements and execute all documents necessary to complete the acquisition of real property and the relocation of inhabitants required to complete City project C201A — M Street SE Grade Separation, consistent with budgeted funds. Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section 3.
