RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION
That portion of Lot 2, City of Auburn Boundary Line Adjustment No. BLA08-0019, recorded under
recording No. 20091124900003, records of King County, Washington, being a portion of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 East,
Willamette Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2
THENCE South 20° 09' 15" West, 16.97 feet along the Easterly line of said Lot 2 to a point on a
non-tangent curve, the radius of which bears North 69° 50'47" West;
THENCE Northwesterly along the arc of a curve concave to the Southwest, having a radius of
