CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 13.04.360 PERTAINING TO CITY OF AUBURN

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
' 6 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section i. Section 13.04.360, entitled "Rates--
8 Generally" of the Auburn City Code, be amended as foTlows:
9 13.04.360 Rates - Generally.
10 Effective the first biliing of ((gt~ly- 1985} ) Januarv
1991, the monthly rates for water supplied:by meter shall

4 Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
5 such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
6 out the directions of this legislation. .
7 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
8 force five da s from and after its

9 publication as provided by law.
