Request:
Proposal is to subdivide approximately 4.77 acres into 12 single family residential
lots. The project includes two tracts, one for recreation/open space and storm
drainage, and one for access and utilities. This project is vested to King County
standards as the project began prior to the City’s annexation of West Hill;
however, pursuant to the Interlocal agreement between the City of Auburn and
King County, the City holds the public hearing and issues a decision.
