adopt the 2009 International Codes and adopt speeificloeal amendments and reduce
redundancy and vagueness in applicable text of Title 15.

Summary: Amendments to Au6um City Code Title 17 (Land Adjustments and Divisions) for
compliance to Senate Su6stitufe Bill 6544 of the Washington State iegislature that would
extend the preliminary plat approval period from 5 to T years ancJ the validity period of a final
plat from 5 to 7 years. ~

Summary: Discuss proposed new City Code section 12,70 which adds the ability for the Gi_ty
to enter into latecomer agreements for street improvernents for both development_ and city
projects as appropriate and includes an addition to the City's fee schedule to accommodate
this new agreement process.
B. 2011-2016 Transportation Improvement Program (Hankins -30 minutes)"
