RESOLUTION NO. 4580 ON MARCH 15, 2010, RELATING TO
THE STANDING COMMITTEES OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN
WHEREAS, the Aubum City Council Operations Committee designates the
formation and membership of the standing committees of the City Council, subject to
the approv6l of a majority of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Council Operations Committee conducted a meeting on July
15, 2010, at which time the Committee approved modifications to the membership on
the City Council Public Works Committee and recommended the City Council's
adoption of the same.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2(A) of Resolution No. 4551 relating to the designation of Public Works Committee members, powers and duties is amended as follows:
A. PUBLIC WORKS:
RICH WAGNER (Chair), SUE m"-:GBILL PELOZA (Vice Chair), and
BIL--L PEAVIRGINIA HAUGEN (member).
SCOPE: Makes recommendations to the City Council as a
whole on policies relating to water and sanitary

matters involving construction, engineering

Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized #o implement such administrative

procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of ,this legislation.
Section 3.- This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force and effect
upon passage and signature hereon.
