A RESOLUTION GF THE CITY .CGUNCIL ~OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, UASHINGTON DECLARING
CERTAIN ITEMS OF .PROPERTY AS SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPGSAL

WHEREAS, the City of Auburn Public Works Department has a number of
items which are nv longer of use to the City; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of
it by auction or ether sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part,
. ~ ~through gift to another governmenta! agency or an appropriate charitable non-
profit entity, as deemed most expedient by the Mayor. ;
. ~ NOUV, THEREFORE, :THE CITY COUNCIL GF THE CITY GF AUBURN,,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. Purpose. That the property identified below is~ declared
to be surplus, and the Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such
. property through appropriate sale or donation to another governmental agency or
charitable non-proft entity.
