NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY DIRECTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Aubum City -
Council at 7:30 PM, Tuesday, Sepfember 7, 2010 at the Auburn City Hall located at 25
West Main Street, Auburn, Washington, on the following:
2011-2016 Six Year Transportation Improvement Pro4ram
State law requires the Cify of Auburn fo annually prepare and adopt a.
comprehensive transportation improvement program for each ensuing six
calendar years. Prior to adoption of a six year transportation program a
public hearing is held to review the work accomplished under each Six
Year Transportation Improvement Program for the purpose of determining
current city street needs, and to adopt a revised and extended
comprehensive transportation improvement program.
Any interested person is invited to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the
proposed 2011-2016 Six Year Transportation Improvement Program. Non-English
speaking residents wishing to review documents pertaining to the Program should
contact the City of Auburn Department of Planning and Development. Citizens with
speech, sight or hearing disabilities wishing to review documents should contact the
City of Auburn within 10 calendar days prior to the Council meeting, as to the type of
service or equipment needed. Each request will be considered individually according to
the type of request, the availability of resources and the financial ability of the City to
provide the requested services orequipment.
