A. Call to Order - Chairperson Ken Bradford
S. Review of June 8t6, 2010 Minutes. Motion by Greg Dobbs and second by Warren Olson to accept June 13,
2010 Minutes. C. Old Business:
201 t-2012 Budget was finalized a couple of weeks ago. One, new canopy 6as been approved as well as
trading in one mower for a new one and funds for the development ofMemory Heit;hts. The drainage issue
outside of the office was moved to the 2013-14 budgets.
D. New Business:
Medallions - Hogaa, Nichols, Cascadia Colambariam? It was requested that a Veterans medallion be
placed on the outside of a niche. The cemetery board voted to continue with the existing policy regatding
ni.ches which is to allow the deceased name and years of birth and death.. It was believed to make this
exception, it would `open:the door' to other exceptions being:requested.
Irrigation Heads - Are being replaced with ~more efficient sprinkler, heads. Our goal is to get better
coverage while conserving water where we can:
Tree Trimming - Staff is currently trimining trees along the roads in the cemetery to avaid low hanging
limbs thai brush carspassing by and maintenance,staffon riding lawn mowers.

!n June of 2010, we had approximatety $45;600 in receipts with 28 total ptacements (12 traditional)
