Status update on Airport Rules and Regulations 2. Primary storage of non-aeronautical items in condo hangars New Business: 1. Review MIA Appraisal on select airport properties 2. Review current airport rates and make recommendation to City for 2011 3. Scheduling hangar inspection Review matrix for Airport projects: Open discussion: Adjournment: Next Meeting Date: October 20, 2010 8:00 am Location: City Hall Annex building Conference Room 1, Second Floor Storm Water retention ponds update: Ms. Coleman shared an update from engineering regarding the ponds maintenance. Dates are as follows: 8/25 Out to bid 9/14 Bid Opening 9/20 Award contract 9/27 Start construction 10/04 Finish project MAI Appraisal Ms. Coleman suggested that Mr. Garcia present the MAI appraisal to Municipal Services for review. New Business: Primary Storage of non-aeronautical items in condo hangars: It has been brought to airport management attention that one or two condo tenants are storing only non- aeronautical items in their hangars.Condo associations are aware that this is not acceptable according to the Rules and Regulations and in their land lease with the City of Auburn. A suggestion was made that Airport Management send out 30 day notices to Condo Associations and set up the dates for an annual inspection. Comments: Mr. Peloza suggested using a project matrix so progress can be tracked. Mr. Garcia volunteered to create the matrix. Board Member Participation: The Auburn Airport Advisory Board requires that a member miss not more than (3) meetings. Those members who fail to attend meetings may be asked to submit a resignation.
