2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
3 DETERMINING AND FIXING THE AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY AD VALOREM TAXES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1983 FOR TIiE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PURSUANT TO THE
4 PROVISIONS OF R.C.W. 35A.33.135.

g THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1. That pursuant to R.C.W. 35A.33.135, the Auburn City Council
g and Auburn Finance Director have considered the financial requirements for the
g ensuing fiscal year of 1983 and the Auburn City Council herewith determines
10 and fixes the amount to be raised by ad valorem taxes for said fiscal year in
11 the following amounts:

15 101 Street Fund 324,000
16 210 1963 Park G.O. Bond Fund $ 5,200
17 211 1963 Library G.O. Bond Fund 16,600
18 213 1967 Arterial Street G.O. Bond Fund 106,000
19 219 1983 Fire Station G.O. Bond Fund 100,000
20 621 LID Guarantee Fund 100,000

22 Total Ad Valorem Taxes $2,599,601 $327,800
23 Section 2. In order to avoid unnecessary inter-fund loans cause by uneven
24 cash flow requirements for tax supported funds, the Finance Director is hereby
25 authorized to allocate individual property tax receipts in a manner that
26 eliminates inter-fund loans.
27 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
2$ tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
29 legislation.

1 Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
2 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
