3 AN ORDINANQE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
DETERMINING AND FIXING THE AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY AD
4 VALOREM TAXES FOR FISCAL YEAR 19.9.170R. THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PURSITANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF R.C.W.
5 35A.33.135.
6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
8 Section 1. That pursuant to R.C.W. 35A.33:135, the
9 Auburn City Council and Auburn Finance Director have
10 considered the financial requirements for the ensuing
+ 11 fiscal,year of 1991 and the Auburn City Council herewith
12 determines and fixes the amount to be raised by ad
13 valorem taxes for said fiscal year in the following
14 amounts:
15 Regular Excess
16 Fund No. Fund Levy Lew
17 001 General Fund $5,164,716
18 221 1986 GO Street & Parks $900,000
19 219 1983 Fire Station GO Bond Tssue $100,000
20 621 LID Guarantee 80,000
21 TOTAL AD VALOREM TAXES $5,164,716 $1,080,000
22 Section 2. In order to avoid unnecessary inter-
23 fund loans caused by uneven cash flow requirements for

2 tax supported funds, the Finance Director is hereby
3 authorized to.allocate individual property tax receipts
4 in a_manner that.eliminates inter-fund loans.
5 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
6 implement such administrative procedures as may be
7 necessary to carry out the directions of-this
8 legislation.
9 Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and
10 take effect five (5) days from and after its passage, approyal and publication, as provided by law.
