3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF.AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DETERMINING
AND FIXING THE AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY AD VALOREM TAXES FOR
4 FISCAL YEAR 1990 FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PURSUANT
TO THE PROVISIONS OF R.C.W. 35A.33.135.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
6 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1. That pursuant to R.C.W. 35A..33.135, the
8 Auburn City:Council and Auburn Finance Director have
9 considered the financial requi-rements for the ensuing fiscal
10 year of 1990 and the Auburn City Council herewith determines
11 and fixes the amount to be raised by ad valorem taxes for said
12 fiscal year in the following amounts:

15 Fund No. Fund Levy Levy
16 001 General Fund $4,441,000
17 220 1985 Capital Improvement 183,000
18 221 1986 G.O. Street and Parks 928,100
19 219 1983 Fire Station G.O. Bond Issue 201,900
20 621 LID Guarantee 80,000
21 TOTAL AD VALOREM TAXES $4,624,000 $1,210.000

2 Section 2. In'order to avoid unnecessary inter-fund
3 loans caused by uneven cash flow requirements for tax
4 supported funds, the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
5 allocate individual property tax receipts in a manner that
6 eliminates inter-fund loans.
7 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
8 such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
9 out the directions of this legislation.
10 Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
11 force five days from and after.its passage, approval and
12 publication as provided by law.
