N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
3 DETERMINING AND FIXING T,HE AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY AD VALOREM TAXES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1989 FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PURSUANT TO THE
4 PROVISIONS OF R.C.W. 35A.33.135.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1. That pursuant to R.C.W. 35A.33.135, the Auburn City Council
8 nd Auburn Finance Director have considered the financial requirements for the
9 nsuing fiscal year of 1989 and the Auburn City Council herewith determines
10 nd fixes the amount to be raised by ad valorem taxes for said fiscal year in
11 he following amounts:

21 Secti_on 2.~ In order to avoid unnecessary inter-fund loans cause by uneven
22 cash flow requirements_for tax supported funds, the Finance Director is hereby
23 authorized to allocate individual property tax receipts in a manner that
24 eliminates inter-fund loans. .
25 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
26 tive procedures as may be necessary.to carry out the directions of this
27 legislation.

Code City, situafe in the.County of King, State of

true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 4315 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE."
I certify that said Ordinance No, 4315 was duly passed
