. DETERMINING AND FIXING THE AMOUNT TO BE RRISED BY AD VALOREM TAXES FOR

PROVISIONS OF R.C.W. 35A:33.135.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That pursuant to R.C.W. 35A.33.135, the Auburn City Council

and Auburn Finance.Director have consideredthe financial requirements for the
9
ensuing fiscal year of 1988 and the Auburn City Council herewith determines
10 .
and fixes the amount to be raised by ad valorem taxes for said fiscal year in
11
the fol]owing amounts:

- Section 2. In order to avoid unnecessary inter-fund loans cause by uneven

23 cash flow requirements for tax supported funds, the Finance Director is hereby

authorized to allocate indi.vidual property tax receipts in a manner that

eliminates inter-fund loans.

Section,3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
26
tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions.of this
27
: legislation.
