2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
3 DETERMINING AND FIXING THE AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY AD VALOREM TAXES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1987 FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PURSUANT TO THE
4 PROVISIONS OF R.C.W. 35A.33.135.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1. That pursuant to R.C.W. 35A.33.135, the Auburn City Council
g and Auburn Finance Director have considered the financial requirements for the
g ensuing fiscal year of 1987 and the Auburn City Council herewith determines
10 and fixes the amount to be raised by ad valorem taxes for said fiscal year in
11 the following amounts:

21 Section 2. In order to avoid unnecessary_inter-fund Toans' cause_by uneven
22 cash flow requirements for tax supported funds,. the Finance Director i_s:*hereby
23 authorized to allocate individual property tax receipts in a manner that
24 eliminates inter-fund loans.
25 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
2 6 tive procedures as may be neeessary to carry out the directions of this
27 legislation.

1 Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
2 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as
provided by law. .
