The stops under review serve Route .181 which operates between Green River Community College and Federal Way. Currently there are finro closely spaced stops in each direction adjacent to R St NE and Henry Rd/Pike St NE. The stops proposed to be eliminated at R St NE experience four (4) boarding's & finro (2) alighting's per day eastbound and seven (7) boarding's & two (2) alighting's per day westbound. The transit users from these stops would be required to use the existing stops to the west at HenryRd/Pike Street NE which , experience a combined 19 boarding's and 19 alighting's per day. Staff has contacted King County Metro Transit which supports eliminating the stops. If supported by PWC staff will submit official request to King County Metro for cemoval of the stops. King County Metro will provide notification of removal per their standard procedures.
