3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DETERMINING AND FIXING THE AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY
4 AD VALOREM TAXES.FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994. FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WA'SHINGTON, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF R.C.W. 35A.33.135.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,,DO
7 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
8 Section 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
9 35A.33.135, the Auburn City Council and P,uburn Finance
10 Director have considered the financial requirements for the
11 ensuing fiscal year of 1994 and the Auburn City Council
12 herewith determines and fixes the amount to be raised by ad.,
13 valorem taxes for said fiscal year in the following amounts:
14 Regular Excess -
15 Fund No. Fund Lew Lew ,
16 001 General Fund $6,855,400
17 221 1986 GO Street & Parks $1,371,300
18 621 LID Guarantee $ 110.000
19 TOTAL AD VALOREM TAXES $6,855,400 $1,481,300

21 Section 2. In order to avoid unnecessary interfund loans
22 caused by uneven cash flow requirements for tax supported 23 funds, the Finance Director is hereby authorized to allocate
24 individual property tax receipts in a manner that eliminates
25 interfund loans :

2 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
3 such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
4 out the directions of this legislation. ' 5 Section 4.. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
6 force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval arid
7 publication, as provided by law.
