3 AN ORDINANCE OF. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE VACATION FOR A PORTION OF COUNTY
ROAD NO. .67, LOCATED BETWEEN WEST MARGIN OF ACADEMY DRIVE AND
4 APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET WEST, WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON.
5 6 WHEREAS, Petition No. V-01-93 has been filed by the
7 owners of two-thirds or more of the property: abutting the
~ 8 portion of right of way requested to be vacated; and
. ~ ~ 9 WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 requires that the City Council

~ 10 schedule a public hearing when a valid petition.is filed with
~ .
the City; and
~ 12 WHEREAS, the public hearing was held on October 18, 1993 .
13 before the City Council.

. NOW, TAEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,:
15 WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The street right of way to be vacated is C__, _

Section 2. Upon the passage, approvaT and publication

of this Ordinance, the City Clerk for the City of Auburn shall .

cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the office of the Ring

12 County Auditor.

14 such administratiye procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.

City, situate in the County of King, State of Washington, do
hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of Ordinance No. 4642 of the ordinances of the City of
Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE."
I certify that said Ordinance No. 4642 was duly passed by
the Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn,
on the 18th day of October A.D., 1993.
