The September 20, 2010, City Council meeting agenda published on Friday,
September 17, 2010, is modified as follows:

The agenda modification transmits corrected minutes for the April 5, 2010
City Council meeting and revised Contract Administration Item V.C.3 for
Project Number CP1010.

2. Page 3, paragraph 4 of the April 5, 2010 minutes are
corrected as follows:
Councilmember Backus announced that the Miss
Washington Pageant will be held on July 10-11, 2010 at
Highline Performing Arts Center. Councilmember Backus
expressed community pride in the accomplishments of 2009
Miss Washington Devanni Partridge and 2009 Miss Auburn
Allie Wallace. Councilmember Backus also announced that,
although scholarships da not customarily follow the recipient
in the event of suceession Miss McJunkin will r°+^, the

City Council award Small Works Contract 10-26, Project Number CP1010, 2010 Storm Drainage
Repair/Replacement to Reed Trucking and Excavation, Inc. on their low bid of $115,441.00 plus WA state
sales tax of $10,966.90 for a total contract price of $126,407.90.
Background Summary:
This project will provide for the repairs and maintenance at the following Storm Drainage sites:
1) Auburn Municipal Airport - at Storm Reservoirs "F" and "G", remove wildlife repellant netting, clear
reservoir vegetation, and remove accumulated sediments/debris. Maintenance staff will install
new netting at project completion.
2) SE 312'h St/125'h Ave SE -replace 25 linear feet of damaged storm pipe and repair excavated
trench with asphalt pavement patch.
3) Riverwalk Drive Storm Drainage Reservoirs - clear reservoir vegetation in storm water retention
cells and remove accumulated sediments/debris.
A project budget contingency of $200,311 remains in the 432 Storm Drainage fund.
