Announcements a) Proclamation - Teen Read Week Mayor Lewis to declare the week of October 17-23, 2010 as Teen Read Week in the city of Auburn. b) Proclamation - 2010 Tree Steward Mayor Lewis to declare Mike Harbin, Sr. as 2010 Tree Steward in the city of Auburn. c) Proclamation - Vietnamese Freedom and Heritage Flag Mayor Lewis to formally recognize the yellow flag with three red stripes as the Vietnamese Freedom and Heritage Flag in the city of Auburn. d) Employee Recognition Mayor Lewis to recognize Planning Manager Elizabeth Chamberlain, AICP, who is the recipient of the 2010 Barbara Grace Award. 2.
