Council goals and vision for growth and development, effectiveness of the
comprehensive plan and zoning code along with other various development
matters.

A. 2011 Annual Action Plan (Hursh -10 Minutes)*
Review of the draft copy of the Annual Action Plan for 2011. The Annual Action Plan
is required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to maintain the
City's relationship as a Community Development Block Grant entitlement recipient.
Request for action to move the Plan to full Council on November 1, 2010.

A. 2010 Comprehensive Plan Amendments (Dixon - 20 Minutes)*
Summary: Discuss Planning Commission recommendation on 2010 annual
Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
B. 65th Avenue South Ravine Dumpsite Clean-up (AndersenlShih -10 minutes)*
Summary: Video presentation and staff report on the clean-up of a historic
illegal dumpsite adjacent to 65th Avenue South.
C. Electric Vehicle Technology: An Overview (AndersenlShih -15 minutes)*
Summary: Staff presentation providing background information on electric
vehicle technology, supporting infrastructure, and municipal policy
considerations.
