City Council grant permission to enter into Consultant Agreement No. AG-C-398 with Brown and Caldwell,
Inc. for National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Phase II Permit Support Services.
Background Summary:
The City uses an annual on-call National Pollution Discharge Elimination System support contract to
assist in the development and implementation of the mandated permit requirements.
The contract amount is $20,000 and is funded by the 432 Storm Fund. The contract term expires December 31, 2011.
