AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ADDING A NEW SUB SECTION TO
AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE N0. 10.36.490 - COMMERCIAL LOADING
ZONES WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is herewith added to Auburn Codified City Ordinance No.
10.36.490 an additional sub section relating to Commercial Loading Zones, which
sMall read as follows:
"E" Street Northeast beginning at a point 40 feet
North of the north curb line of East Main Street extending
North 20 feet.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by
law.
