1 Airport Storm Reid $50,000 12/15/2010 12/31/2010 , 90% complete on the information gathering, research,
Water Design Middleton/AMG - system inventory, and system mapping tasks. 90%
Update complete on the task of compiling the storm drainage data
table that will accompany the exhibit map. Survey crew is
finished picking up missing storm drainage information
that was not available through the archives of past
projects, or GIS records. This new survey information has
been compiled and is now ready to incorporate onto the
exhibit map and storm drainage data .table.
Scheduled work on this project for the next few weeks will
include updating the exhibit map and data table with the
recent survey information, putting together the letter
report for the information gathering phase of work,-and
moving°forward with the drainage problem identification
effort.
The work to date has been covered under task 1
(Information Gathering, Research, System Inventory, and
System Mapping) and task 2(Table of Elevations and
Meterial for Storm Drainage Sysiem Pipes and 5tructures),
as set up in the contraat. Task 1 is under budget and task
~ 2 is over budget, however, there is sufficient budget
~ between the sums of the 2 tasks to cover the work
remaining; as the distribution of budget between the tasks
is an estimate. In discussing'this with the City, it was -
acceptableto,shift budget between the two tasks.

, 3 Runway Lighting Steve $350,000 12/15/2010 TBD A meefing with Reid Middleton, Totem Electric, AMG and
Replacement Burke/Reid Steve Burke was held on 11/5/2010 to discuss the starting
Middleton/AMG of'the project. Concern was expressed of trying to do this
during the shorter days and adverse weather. Another
meeting is schedule 11/17/2010 to discuss timing of the
project and an update to the availability of materials.
