Resolution No. 4659: Transfer of Funds (Coleman - 5 minutes)* Summary: Discussion of resolution authorizing the transfer of funds for the purpose of making a loan or loans from the General Fund and/or Cumulative Reserve Fund to the Municipal Park Construction Fund for up to athree-year period of time. C. Resolution No. 4661: Agreement between City of Auburn and Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce (Coleman - 5 minutes)* Summary: Discussion of resolution authorizing an agreement to operate a Visitors Information Center, promote tourism awareness within the City and to provide services associated with supporting the City's economic development efforts. Please Note: Committee members are requested to view prior to the meeting a proposed Council Chamber layout on the second floor of City Hall in the old Public Works Department. F. Lakeland Hills Reservoir 6 Project Discussion, CP1006 (Dunsdon -10 minutes)* Summary: Discuss the November 3, 2010 neighborhood meeting results including landscaping and a possible mural for the new reservoir on Frances CT SE in Lakeland Hills. G. Ordinance No. 6329: Chapter 14.22 Amendments (Taylor -10 minutes)* Summary: Discussion on proposed amendments to Chapter 14.22 relating to updating the code to reflect changes to the required dates for updates to the Comprehensive Plan. H. Ordinance No. 6340: School Impact Fees (Dixon -15 minutes)* Summary: Amendments to Section 19.02.115, 19.02.120, 19.02.130 and 19.02.140 of the Auburn city code relating to school impact fees. I. Ordinance No. 6341: Fee Deferrals (Snyder -15 minutes)* Summary: Discussion of potential deferral of payment to later in the development process of impact fees and system development charges for residential and non- residential development to provide an economic development incentive. Ordinance No. 6342: Construction Sales Tax Exemption (Snyder -15 minutes)* Summary: Discussion of potential change in Auburn City Code to create an exemption to construction related sales tax in certain commercial zones for a limited period of time and limited class of business to provide an economic development incentive.
