23. Feeh-During the first vear of this Ageement, each narty shall have the
right to terminate this Agreement for default pursuant to Section 15 hereof. After the first
year of this Agreement, each partv shall have the right to ternunate this AUeement upon
thirty (30) days advance written notice to the other party.
24. City Council Approval. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement .
does not bind the City of Auburn until the Agreement is approved by the City Council
and executed by the Mayor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Agreement to be executed
by their authorized representatives on the date first above written.
