A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON DECLARING
CERTAIN ITEMS OF PROPERTY AS SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn owns a certain piece of real property
identified as King County Tax Parcel Number 3621049018 and commonly known
as 4910 "A" Street, Auburn, Washington 98092 that the City no longer needs for
municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of
it by auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part,
through gift to another governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non-
profit entity, as deemed most expedient by the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. That the property located at 4910 "A" ST SE, Auburn, WA
98092, described more fully below, is declared to be surplus, and the Mayor is
authorized to dispose of and convey such property through appropriate sale or
donation to another governmental agency or eligible charitable non-profit entity.

A PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NEI/a) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
(SE1/a) OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M., IN KING
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, LYING EAST OF THE NORTHERN PACIFIC RAILWAY
COMPANY RIGHT-OF-WAY; EXCEPT THE NORTH 1 ROD (16.5 FEET) DEEDED TO
KING COUNTY FOR ROAD PURPOSES, AND THE SOUTH 58.5 RODS (965.25
FEET); AND EXCEPT THE WEST 70 FEET THEREOF CONVEYED TO KING
COUNTY BY DEED RECORDED UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 1826192.

Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force
upon passage and signatures hereon.
