NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: Section 1. That the property located at 4910 "A" ST SE, Auburn, WA 98092, described more fully below, is declared to be surplus, and the Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through appropriate sale or donation to another governmental agency or eligible charitable non-profit entity. Legal Description: A PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NEI/a) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/a) OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M., IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, LYING EAST OF THE NORTHERN PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY RIGHT-OF-WAY; EXCEPT THE NORTH 1 ROD (16.5 FEET) DEEDED TO KING COUNTY FOR ROAD PURPOSES, AND THE SOUTH 58.5 RODS (965.25 FEET); AND EXCEPT THE WEST 70 FEET THEREOF CONVEYED TO KING COUNTY BY DEED RECORDED UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 1826192. That the Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section 3.
