L CALL TO ORDER
Chair Peloza called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. in Conference Room 3 on _
the second floor of City Hall, 25 West Main Street, Auburn WA. Members
rp esent: Chair Bill Peloza, Vice Chair Sue Singer, Member John.Partridge. Staff
reP sent: Mayor Pete Lewis, Chief of Police Bob Lee, Finance Director Shelley
Coleman, Police Secretary Kathy Divelbiss, citizen Vl/ayne Osbome and Waste
Management representative Susan Robinson.

III. CONSENT ITEMS
A. Approval of Minutes of the December 13, 2010' Municipal Services
Committee Meeting.
Vice Chair Singer moved to accept the Minutes. Member Partridge
seconded. Chair Peloza concurred.
MOTION CARRIED: 3-0
IV. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS (Action Items)
V. INFORMATION I DISCUSSIOIV ITEMS
A. Solid Waste Rates
' Director Coleman presented an updated handout with the eurrent data to
be considered. The Committee discussed solid waste at length and thece
will be additional information and options presented at a future Municipaf
Services meeting. Chair Peloza provided a list of solid waste questions to
the committee, Mayor and Finance Director Coleman. These questions
will be reviewed and responded to at a future MSC meeting.
