JOINT MEETING AGENDA
1. CALL- TO ORDER - 5:00 to 8:30 PM, The first part of the rneeting will be held
at 2 First Street SE (the former City Information Services office space). The
second part of the meeting will be held in Annex Conference Room 2 on the
2"a floor of the One Main Street Building, One Main Street, Auburn, WA 98001.
II. JOINT STUDY SESSION WITH PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE &
DOWfVTOWN REDEVELOPNEENT COMMITTEE
A. Washingfon State University Institute of Sustainable Design Projects
Review & Study SessBon (Snyder/Councilmember Wagner - 3 Hours)*
Summary: Joint session between the three committees to provide
opportunity for Councilmembers and staff to review and give feedback on
the 26 project concepfs that students affiliated with the Washington State
University Institute of Sustainable Design have pcepared for the Institute's
current Integrated Design Experience in Aubum. Committee members and
staff will provide direction and prioritization to the Institute on items, issues
and ideas they are interested in having the students focus on in the next
phase of work.
