This letter is an. response to a ~.eak that occurred at our Dup~.ex located at 3~0~ Y street N~ ~r~it 101. The leak occurred at a fitting that connects the main ~.~.ne to the trunk ~.ine
into the unit. The tenant noticed ~ Little water near the ~oundatian and we camp dat~~n to
investa.gate irnmediate~.y, we dug up the ~.ine and found a cracked fitting, we repaired the
fitting and buried the dine, we were amazed when we got the bi~.~. for over 243r~~0 gallons o~ extra water that ev~.dently escaped from the l~.ne during a very short t~.me , ~~e believe
you ~,rhen you say the meter is t~tork.ing but. find it hard to ~.t~agine that the water vo~.ume o~
~4~3, 0~0 gallops ~rou~.d not cause a ~.ot a~ damage .gin the short t,.ime that it escaped. The
unit sits on a slab foundation sv 'the damage ~roula~ have been very naticeab~.e in the yard, ~e ~espect~u~.].y request that as much a~ the average ]~e ~F~aived as possible , Wo roal

about wasting grater and resources and tried to repair the l~.ne as soars as we were made
aware o~ it . We have received e~ce~.~.ent serv~.ce from ~#adonn~. Doucette and all sta~~ that
~,re have made contact w~,th, I. Uril~. calf. tomorrow and pay the b~.l~, in ~~xl~. and hope that you are able to credit back as much as possible. We va~.ue the pity o~ auburn and tike
