NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES, as follows: Section 1. The Fee Schedule of the City of Auburn is amended to include provide for the fees and charges for applications and activities for which fees are charged, and the City of Auburn Fee Schedule is updated with the inclusion of the fees as set forth on the document attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
