3 Hangar Rows 9 & 10 Steve $200,000 3/16/2011 TBD City rejected all bids from small works rooster. All bids
roof Burke/AMG came in over $200,000. Bid package will be reviewed and
updated as required and City will open up the bidding by
advertising the project for competitive bids.
4 Runway Lighting Steve $350,000 -3/16/2011 TBD Meeting scheduleclJor February 17, 2011 to discuss timing
Replacement Burke/Reid and the beginning.of,the work on the project.

Inspection inspections,have been completed. A list of hangar not
inspected will be mailed to the associations," requesting a
' date prior to the end of the month to conduct those
inspections. A list of discrepancies will be-complied and
then a letter sent to the association reporting those
discrepancies and a window to have them resolved and if
re-inspection is required AMG will schedule that.

received.
