MOUNTAIN VIEW CEMETERY BOARD MEETING

A. Call to Order - Chairperson Ken Bradford
B. Review of December 14, 2010 Minutes. Motion by Greg Dobbs and second by Warren Olson to accept
December 14'', 2010 Minutes.
C. Old Business:
Power Outages - Facilities has supplied us with two kerosene heaters in case of power outages.
D. New Business:
Marker options / ForestWalk - Markers that have designs are being explored. PCM has options in addition to
what is currently being used, with option to flip and re-polish existing markers. The board approved new
designs.
Pre-need Trusts - We have exceeded last year in regards to trusted dollars. As of year end, we have trusted
over $400,000.00. This includes 306 trusts.
Replacement trees at Pioneer Cemetery will be "October Glory's".
Sixty-four additional graves will be added to Memory Meadow. The liners will be pre-installed by Lynden
Concrete.
E. Reports:
In December of 2010, we had approximately $68,800 in receipts with 24 total placements.
In January of 2011, we had approximately $64,900 in receipts with 21 total placements.
The projected monthly average revenue will increase by $1,375.00 to $74,374.00. Yearly this is an
additional $16,600.00.
