Tribe.
Background Summary:
The Muckleshoot Indian Tribe has applied for an amendment to their existing two year Right of Way Use
Permit to place a bus stop on Dogwood Street SE between 19th Place SE and 18th Street SE. The stop
will consist of pavement markings and a sign as indicated on the attached map. They are proposing to
use this bus stop for passenger pick up and drop off by their private shuttle bus for those tribe members
who use the Muckleshoot Health and Wellness Center and live in the Green Tree Subdivision.
An amendment to the existing permit allows the bus stop previously placed on 17th Street SE under this
permit and this new location on Dogwood Street SE to be managed and tracked for insurance and
expiration date under the same permit number.
