c) Proclamation - "National Volunteer Week"
Mayor Lewis to declare the week of April 10 - 16,
2011 as National Volunteer Week in the city of
Auburn.
d) Proclamation - "YMCA Healthy Kids Day"
Mayor Lewis to declare April 16, 2011 as YMCA
Healthy Kids Day in the city of Auburn.

Month"
Mayor Lewis to declare the month of April 2011, the
36th Anniversary of the end of the American
involvement in the Vietnam War, as Welcome Home
Vietnam Veterans Month in the city of Auburn.

Elliott to the Arts Commission to a term expiring

between E Street NE on the west end and Auburn School
District Parcel No. 1821059082 on the east end in the City of
Auburn and legally described in Resolution No. 4685.

documentation and further action on this item.)

Electric, Inc. on their low bid of $714,283.00.

City Council award Contract 11-05, Project Number CP1006,
Lakeland Hills Reservoir 6, to T Bailey, Inc. on their low bid
of $1,665,225.00 plus Washington State sales tax of

City Council approve Final Pay Estimate #4 to Contract 10-
28 in the amount of $8,739.76, for a total contract price of
