Public Works Project Number CP1004* (Wagner/Dowdy) 04.10.2 CP1004 City Council grant permission to award Contract 10-21, Project No. CP1004 - South Auburn ITS Expansion to Prime Electric, Inc. on their low bid of $714,283.00. 2. Public Works Project Number CP1006* (Wagner/Dowdy) 04.11.1 CP1006 City Council award Contract 11-05, Project Number CP1006, Lakeland Hills Reservoir 6, to T Bailey, Inc. on their low bid of $1,665,225.00 plus Washington State sales tax of $154,865.93 fora total contract price of $1,820,090.93. 3. Public Works Project Number CP1001* (Wagner/Dowdy) 05.2 CP1001 City Council approve Final Pay Estimate #4 to Contract 10- 28 in the amount of $8,739.76, for a total contract price of $112,124.70, with Milne Electric Inc. and accept construction of Project No. C131001, Game Farm Park Lighting Project.
