AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 5-B OF
3 AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 4194, CODIFIED AS CHAPTER 13.48.140(8),
RELATING TO RATE REDUCTIONS OF THE STORM DRAINAGE UTILITY CHARGE:-
4 FOR QUALIFIED SENIOR CITIZENS OR DISABLED CITIZENS.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Auburn City Ordinance No. 4194, codified as Chapter

13.48.140(B), is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit-
8
1113.48.140 RATE REDUCTIONS. The Director of Public Works may reduce the
9
normal Storm Drainage Utility charge for a parcel of real property that satis-
10
fies one or more of the following conditions:

Individuals who qualify fora senior citizen's or disabled citizen's
13
rate exemption as defined in Section 13.24.010 of the City of Auburn
14
Codified Ordinances shall be ((subjee to ° fifty pere^^+r))

Ordinances."

Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-

tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
20
legislation.

1 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
2 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
